What is a Mobile Notary? A mobile notary is a notary public that travels to various locations to perform notarial acts. The fees charged by mobile notaries tend to be higher than traditional notaries due to travel related expenses including but not limited to gas, tolls, parking, time and traffic.

Can I come to your location? No, we do not have a physical office location that you can come to. Our service is strictly mobile and by appointment only.

How much do you charge for your services? Our fees vary based on what service(s) you require as well as the availability of our notaries in your area. How soon can you get here? How much advanced notice is required? In most cases, we can be available within two (2) hours from the time you contact us depending on staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather.  In order to better serve you and whenever possible, we request that appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every attempt to fulfill same-day, last minute and emergency requests.

What area(s) do you cover? Our service area is comprised of Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, North Richland Hills, Richland Hills, Haltom City, Watauga and Keller.

What is a Notary Public? A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the State of Texas to serve the public as an impartial witness in taking acknowledgements, administering oaths and affirmations, and performing other acts authorized by law.

Why are documents notarized? To put it simply a Notary Public’s main purpose is to deter fraud and forgery. As an impartial witness, the Notary ensures that the signers of documents are who they say they are and not impostors. The Notary also ensures that signers have entered into agreements knowingly and willingly.

What are your terms and policies?

  • All fees are due and payable prior to the completion of services rendered.  We accept Cash or Credit Card (no checks).
  • All services are provided by appointment only.
  • At times, immediate request for services may be accommodated depending upon staffing, location, construction, traffic and weather.
  • All services are based upon the time of when the services are rendered and NOT when a request for service is made.  For example if you call at 10:00 a.m. for service at 4:30 p.m. then the after 4:00 p.m. rates will apply.
  • Advanced payment required for all appointments.
  • No Cancellations/Refunds for same-day appointments.
  • Errors & Omissions caused by our notaries will be corrected at free of charge.
  • Cancellations should be made via phone or text no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
